Last week at school we had a tryathlon. Everybody did it. First we biked around the field, then we ran around the school. Next we took off our shoes and ran to the pool. We had to swim one length. Finally we ran down the field to the finish.
I came first out of the boys in my class. I was very proud of myself!

Family and cousins
I now have 10 cousins on the Howison side of my family. My biggest cousin is Andrew and my smallest cousin is the new baby Tarn.
We play games together and love fighting with Renee, Daddy and Andrew. Elissa and Ryan now live in Lismore in Australia. We miss them very much.

Rumplestiltskin
Dear Jakey and Eva,
Thank you for inviting us to the play earlier this week. It was really fun and as always, wonderful to spend some time with you all. We found the movie of the story below!

Jack and the Beanstalk

Retold
by Jacob Howison
Jack walked to the sale and he sold the cow. Then he got some seeds.
He took the seeds home and showed them to his Mum. She threw them out the window.
Guess what Jack saw when he woke up? He saw a giant beanstalk.
He climbed up the beanstalk and he saw a very big house and knocked on the door.A big giant lady invited him in. Then the big giant Dad came home. Jack hid under the table.
Jack sneaked to get the golden hen and golden violin. Then Jack ran down the beanstalk and the giant ran too.
Jack grabbed the axe and he chopped the beanstalk down. The giant got hurt and had to go to hospital. Jack and his Mum were safe. They had lots of money, they were rich!
